How does KA Forum Work?
Commitment
Forums begin with an initial one-year commitment, with the expectation that members continue meeting
Professional Facilitation
All meetings are guided by experienced facilitators.

No travel is required for monthly 2-hour meetings.
In-Person Retreat
Each Forum schedules one in-person retreat at about the 5th meeting, which is also professionally facilitated.
Concierge Support
High-level logistical and staff support is provided on an ongoing basis.
YPO Structure
The YPO Forum framework is fully integrated into the experience.
You can sponsor leaders from your executive or leadership team during any of our three matching waves each year. After the call for candidates closes, the KA Forum team thoughtfully matches nominated leaders into diverse, high impact Forums. If a leader cannot be matched immediately, they will be placed on the waitlist for the next matching round.
The annual participation fee is $3,600 per Key Associate.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a YPO Forum?
The Key Associate Forums will use all the processes and best practices of a YPO Forum. However, based on years of running circles for non-CEOs, we have found that there are some differences that need to be considered. In general, Key Associates have less scheduling freedom than their bosses. They also are less likely to be as infused with YPO culture to start, which leads them to be slightly less likely to prioritize Forum.
Therefore, we will have a professional moderator lead the group. The time commitment will only be 2-hour virtual sessions. Some Forums and individuals ask for more – so we strongly recommend an in-person retreat to the forums.
