Bob Halperin has been an invaluable advisor throughout the life of Circles Learning Labs. 

We partnered most closely with Bob during the development of our  “Virtual Living Group” for Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management (OPM) Program. Bob is a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator and has worked at YPO, MIT, and HBS in executive education. He runs Alumni Forum Services, launching and managing peer groups for HBS grads in particular, and is one of the most respected consultants in the Forum world. 

In 2022, he partnered with beloved and hilarious HBS professor Boris Groysberg to publish a broad review of Peer Groups called “How to Get the Most out of Peer Support Groups.” If you aren’t an HBR subscriber, it is worth the $4.50. It features many other groups that we’ve worked with. Recently, he posted a piece we love on YPO’s site called “Living the Peer-Supported Life,” profiling Mike Novakoski’s innovative uses of Forum in his own life, his construction company, and to build trust in the community of contractors they rely on.
