Who is it for?

Between YPO, EO, Vistage, and smaller CEO peer groups, an estimated 10–20% of mid-size U.S. CEOs participate in Forum. Forum is also growing globally. These leaders span founders, family-business owners, and professional “hired guns.”

It isn't just "lonely at the top" as YPO's early marketing declared; it is lonely all over the mountain. Modern companies need powerful leaders at all levels. So Forum is spreading, beyond CEOs, through programs like YPO's Key Associate Forum or communities like Chief.

A Forum for Everyone?

Opinions differ. Forum has expanded well beyond the boardroom. Similar approaches are used by entrepreneurs, physicians, veterans, teachers like our partner Millennium, and many other communities. At their core, they share the belief that people grow through meaningful conversations in a trusted group.
That said, Forum isn't for everyone. Some people can't commit to meeting regularly, while others find it's simply not the right fit. We're continually refining the experience to create value for more people without losing what makes Forum unique.
